preparation.

• Washing.  Areas to be painted are power wash before any preparation and painting begins. This helps by removing dirt and mildew.

• Surface preparation. We will Scrape all loose and peeling paint to ensure a firm base for the new paint. All of these areas will be fully prime. We will Caulk all previously caulked cracks and gaps. Old caulk will not be remove unless its loose.

• Painting. After step 1 and 2 are all complete. We move forward into the next step which is mask off any non paintable areas. All siding gets spray and trim and facia boards get painted by roll and brush. 

• Clean up. We clean up daily and upon completion to make sure your property is presentable and perform a full clean up when we are complete. 

• Inspection.  After our own inspections, We invite you for a walkthrough of our work.
